*- Norway - 8 Sept: DSV Road AS announced the pending acquisition of Waagan Transport A/S. Based in Norway, DSV provides domestic and international freight forwarding of refrigerated goods. Terms were not disclosed.
* France - 9 Sept: Telespazio S.p.A. has acquired 40% of Novacom Services. Based in Ramonville Saint-Agne, France, Novacom provides GPS vehicle tracking, fleet management and remote meter reading services via the Internet. Terms were not disclosed.
* India - 11 Sept: Mahindra Logistics Limited announced the pending acquisition of the logistics business of Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. ("M&M") for $7.0 million. Based in India, M&M provides transportation and inbound and outbound logistics services.
* Germany - 12 Sept: Stolt-Nielsen SA announced the pending acquisition of Taby Group's tank container operations. Based in Hamburg, Germany, Taby Group provides tank container services for liquefied gases and cryogenics. Terms were not disclosed.
