Sofia,Bugaria -FOCUS News Agency -1 September 2008: -- Trucks with SEMT/EKMT licences have had problems entering Turkey, representatives of the road carriers companies told FOCUS News Agency... The trucks, which have SEMT/EKMT licences don’t have to pay taxes and to be put under restrictions... Mirolyub Stolarski from the National Transport Chamber in Bulgaria said that at about 20 trucks with SEMT/EKMT licences have been stopped. The problem was solved later. The trucks had been able to pass the border but they had staid there for too long...
