The Award recognises and rewards best practice in environmental transport policy... Care for the Environment is one of Volvo Trucks core values and the Award was made in recognition of the ongoing work done by the company in reducing the environmental impact of its vehicles... The Award was presented to Volvo Trucks Marketing & PR Director Amanda Hiatt by Malcolm Harbour MEP and Alenka Burja representing Slovenia’s Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning in a ceremony which took place in Brussels during European Green Week...
