Knoxville,TN,USA -WBIR, by Emily Stroud -4 Feb 2008: -- Big rigs rumble across East Tennessee on interstates 40, 75, and 81, hauling everything from milk to Mercedes to mobile homes... Some of those trucks are carrying more than they should. That can mean a dangerous drive for you... At least one national study estimates almost one in three trucks run heavy... Lt. Jake Lay of the Tennessee Highway Patrol said it's all about money...
