New York,NY,USA -NY1 - August 09, 2007: -- Over-sized trucks will now be restricted on the Throgs Neck Bridge in the Bronx, following the Minneapolis bridge collapse last week that left at least seven people dead... Governor Eliot Spitzer says repairs are needed on the Throgs Neck Bridge – which spans over the East River and connects the Bronx with Queens – and truck traffic should be limited...
