He wants truckers' speed cut to no more than 60 mph on the Pennsylvania Turnpike and other limited access highways -- and restrict truckers to the right-hand lane, no passing allowed

York,PA,USA -The York Dispatch -30 May 2007: -- Any driver with the slightest sense of road safety who regularly risks life and limb on Interstate 83 anywhere between the Maryland state line and the highway's terminus the other side of Harrisburg should raise a cheer for Montgomery County state Sen. Stewart Greenleaf... But Todd Spencer, executive vice president of the Owner-Operator Independent Drivers Association, told that a lower speed limit for trucks wouldn't help because when you restrict trucks to certain lanes, "you end up with more vehicles tailgating and making unsafe passing maneuvers in all lanes"...
