TRUCKS' PURCHASE * Pakistan - NLC plans to import 300 used trucks
Islamabad,PAK -Daily Times -29 April 2007: -- National Logistic Cell (NLC) is planning to import about 300 used trucks worth billions of rupees for strengthening its fleet... Sources said that all duties and taxes on the import of these trucks would be paid. Only five years old trucks would be imported, the sources said... Sources said that presently Pakistan trucking industry was based on almost 600,000 non-Euro-3 trucks, causing havoc to environment and infrastructure...
