Holy Cow! * Senegal - Unusual pictures of local livestock transport
Dakar,Senegal -Biglorryblog (UK) -29 Jan 2007: -- ... Some at the end of the OK, so the Dakar Rally is over--but life goes on, even in Dakar. And thanks to my old 'cloggie' mate Iep van der Meer I can bring you this fine example of local lifestock transport. All very efficient being on top of a minibus... although it does beg the question: 'How do you actually load a cow onto the roof of a minibus?' I have no idea how much your average African cow weighs---nor the maximum roof loading weight for a minibus?... (Pictures on www.iepvandermeer.nl)
