Decatur,IL,USA -Herald & Review -10 Jan 2007: -- We've said it before: There is no doubt that moving semitrucks out of downtown Decatur is a good idea... But we've also made it clear that any solution has to work for all parties involved, and that includes trucking firms and farmers who drive through the downtown area... It's pretty clear that a recommendation made after a study by Chastain & Associates doesn't meet that goal...
