Sales - Canada - New cars and trucks fell in April, erasing March gain
OTTAWA,Canada -Canada Press -Jun 14, 2006: -- Sales of new cars and trucks fell 0.7 per cent in April, erasing a 0.6 per cent gain recorded in April... Statistics Canada says preliminary figures suggest a further drop in May... The report said new auto sales have been relatively stable over the last six months after wide swings last year caused by lucrative incentive programs by major manufacturers... Sales of both passenger cars and trucks dipped in April, although car sales showed a slightly larger decline...
