Judge Orders - USA - Union Pickets to stop delaying trucks entering Uniland building site
Buffalo,NY, United States -Buffalo News, by SHARON LINSTEDT -31 May 2006: -- A State Supreme Court judge has stepped in to calm tensions between union members and a local developer at a high-profile construction site downtown... Justice Patrick H. NeMoyer has ordered members of the Buffalo Building & Construction Trades Council to allow construction vehicles to pass through its picket lines at 285 Delaware Ave. without excessive delays. The construction union has had pickets at the entrance to the Uniland Development Co. site since work began on a new office building in early April leading to lengthy delays for vehicles entering and exiting the site...
