Recall - Japan - Isuzu to recall trucks with exhaust pipe defect

TOKYO,Japan -Xinhuanet/chinaview/Kyodo News -Mar 9, 2006: -- Isuzu Motors Ltd. said on Thursday it will recall about 2,700 set of its trucks under three models due to possible defects on exhaust pipes... In its report to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, Isuzu said it has detected that the welding on these vehicles' exhaust pipes are not strong enough and the pipes may crack, causing exhaust leaks...
