* Two Ford luxury brands pull ads from gay media
DETROIT,Mich,USA -Reuters -Dec 06, 2005: Ford Motor Co.'s Jaguar and Land Rover luxury brands are pulling all advertising from gay publications, the company said on Tuesday, after facing a boycott threat from a conservative religious group... Ford declined to say how much it had spent on advertising in gay publications... Ford's: Ford, Lincoln and Mercury brands have not advertised in gay media...

* Ford Adding Automatic EcoSport

* DaimlerChrysler to pocket US$1.8b from MTU sale
FRANKFURT, Germany -Handelsblatt -7 Dec 2005: German-auto giant DaimlerChrysler stands to gain 1.5-1.7 billion euros (1.8-2.0 billion dollars) from the sale of engine maker MTU Friedrichshafen to EQT, the financial arm of the Swedish Wallenberg group...
