Survey - USA - ATA Seeks Help With Hours of Service
USA -Truckline Express -Dec 5, 2005: -- The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) conducted a cost-benefit analysis on the impact of the changes to the hours-of-service rules... In that analysis, FMCSA said that the latest change will only cost the industry approximately an additional $30 million... In order to assess FMCSA's cost number, ATA needs to know the number of team drivers. Please help us by filling out this brief survey at www.truckline.com. It is also important that all carriers participate, even those without teams. If you don't use teams, please answer questions 1 & 2 only... The survey is due to ATA by December 16th.
