JOHNSON CITY,Tenn-USA -NEWS CHANNEL 11, by ELISSA BURNELL -Dec 17,2005: -- Local road-maintenance fleets have begun testing a more environmentally friendly fuel source... Johnson City and Knoxville were chosen to participate in a state pilot program to test B20 – a bio-diesel made with 20 percent soybean oil and 80 percent diesel fuel – on maintenance vehicles... The program will test more than 130 road vehicles, dump trucks, snowplows and other maintenance vehicles, about 30 of them in Johnson City...
