Infraestructure - USA - New Truck Lane Designs May Save Billions of Dollars

Although large and heavy trucks are vital to the economy, they account for significant and accelerated pavement usage. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) data reveals that seventy-five percent of all large truck fatalities occur in two lanes while 0.5% of these traffic fatality collisions occur in single lanes.
