The recently released study on state residents’ attitudes toward pollution, by the Public Policy Institute of California, has particular relevance to the Inland Valley, which sees endless streams of truck and train traffic... The vast majority of Californians believe global warming is real and troubling, with 86 percent saying it will affect current or future generations and 75 percent saying it will have a serious effect on the state economy...
