Accident - USA - Eyewitnesses say truck was 'gone' after explosion

As they maneuvered the dizzying "red narrows" passage through Spanish Fork Canyon, the men encountered a truck sprawled on its side and blazing... No one realized the unmarked truck was loaded with 35,500 pounds of explosives, but the scorching heat of the inferno nudged the small crowd of onlookers back from the scene. The truck tires burst, and they feared the fuel tank would erupt...
