UK -Auto Industry -7 Jun 2005: -- The ’forgetful few’ are wasting their hard-earned cash on fines, interest charges and penalty notices simply because they say they don't always do things on time: -do not always pay bills... -do not always return borrowed or rented items... or -didn't update their driving licence and vehicle registration certificate... according to a new poll commissioned by the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA)...
