TECHNOLOGY - CANADA - Online weight calculator for transports
CALGARY,AL,CANADA -Todays'Trucking -May 19 2005: -- Alberta Infrastructure and Transportation's web site now includes a weight calculator to help carriers and their clients determine the maximum allowable vehicle weight in each category.
The calculator is found on the AIT website under Commercial Operations, Road Restrictions/Bans and then Regulation Summary. (www.trans.gov.ab.ca/Content/docType281/Production/Tra_semi.htm)
