PROFITS - FRANCE - Renault Trucks is contributing to rise in Volvo profits
Paris,France -Forbes/AFX News Limited/USA -05.18.2005: -- AB Volvo chief executive Leif Johansson said that its Renault Trucks unit is contributing to the rise of Volvo's profits... But he added that the unit's profitability will need to be improved further to insure it against any decline in the market... He also told that the Volvo is always interested in growth possibilities through acquisition, but not in the European heavy truck sector or in North America because of antitrust considerations...
