Long Beach,CA,USA -Long Beach Press/Telegram,by Eric Johnson -17 March 2005: -- Port of Long Beach and state transportation officials broke ground Thursday on a $63.5 million project that they say will ease traffic congestion on Terminal Island and reduce pollution from cargo container-hauling trucks... also estimate the new project will cut traffic delays by 5,600 vehicle-hours, fuel consumption by 9,300 gallons and air pollution by 350 tons a day... http://www.presstelegram.com/Stories/0,1413,204~21478~2768823,00.html
