Drivers working for Alyssa Bus Transportation based in Union City used the lanes 360 times between September 2012 and February 2016 without paying tolls at bridges and tunnels, according to the Manhattan Supreme Court suit... The PA’s fine notices sent to the business’ Union City address have gone unanswered, the suit says... The suit seeks $10,000 for tolls and $17,000 for violations and administrative fees... Alyssa is an interstate freight trucking company with a fleet of vehicles registered with the federal Department of Transportation, according to records... The suit says the company is aware that its drivers are toll evaders...
