* NSW - Truckie films himself splashing cyclists and gets charged
--- A truck driver will appear in court next month after allegedly using his mobile phone while driving and menacing cyclists on the road... About 6.50am on Monday, the truck driver allegedly drove his prime mover through a puddle of water on the M5 Motorway next to a group of cyclists, splashing them in the process and recording the encounter on his mobile phone... One of the cyclists subsequently reported the incident to police and officers yesterday located the driver and instructed him to proceed to a heavy vehicle inspection site... The driver was issued a Court Attendance Notice for using a mobile phone when not permitted and drive motor vehicle menaces another with intent... He will appear in Waverley Local Court on Wednesday September 21...
