REFUSE TRUCK MAKER * UK - Has new owner

* Coventry - Refuse truck maker Dennis Eagle acquired by Terberg BV

-- The Warwick-based refuse vehicle manufacturer Dennis Eagle, was bought by the Dutch family-owned firm for an undisclosed sum... The firm was bought for an undisclosed sum by Terberg BV, a long-established fourth generation family owned business based in the Netherlands... It was part of a deal funded by a number of banks, including Barclays , that saw the acquisition of Dennis Eagle’s Spanish-based parent company RosRoca Environmental - a major European manufacturer of refuse collection vehicles... The newly-formed group will merge the existing Terberg environmental companies with RosRoca and the combined business will be headquartered in Warwick... The merged company is set have annual revenues of around 385 million euros and will employ 1,300 people...
