Neemuch,Madhya Pradesh,India -The Free Press Journal -June 29, 2014: -- For entering in Rajasthan crossing the border of state in Neemuch, now many of the truck drivers do not use the usual main route and pass through the unusual alternative routes. Since, there are the chowkis of RTO and commercial tax department on the usual main road through village Nayagaon and on passing from here the trucks have to pay the taxes; hence, the trucks uses unusual routes and dodge the chowki personnel. A big number of trucks pass daily, through the state border with Rajasthan... The usual route for crossing the border is the four-lane road, which passes through the last border village Nayagaon, around 15 Km. away from the district headquarter. On this four-lane road, the chowkis of RTO and commercial tax department are located for collection of taxes and for checking the loaded materials and their permits. Now, the trucks which do not have permits or other necessary papers or which want to evade the taxes, use the alternative routes for crossing the state border. Either these truck drivers pass the trucks from Mandsaur, via Jiran to Chhoti Sadari or they use the Kaccha roads passing through village Hingoria near Neemuch...
