Ports mean drivers must pull over, park, hop out and wait in line often just to have someone acknowledge their paperwork is up to date. The delays add up in the business of moving freight, she said... Speeding up the port of entry process could be one item in a long list of possibilities the Wyoming Department of Transportation may address in its first statewide freight management plan. The department will hold its initial public meeting to hear ideas from the public about how to improve freight transportation in the state Wednesday in Casper...
