TRUCK MARKETS * UK - Recovery leads to growing confidence in lease market

London,EN,UK -Fleet Europe, by Tim Harrup -10 June 2011: -- The Asset Finance Technology Council has undertaken a survey (in association with Co-maker), which reveals growing confidence amongst vehicle leasing and fleet management companies. The economic recovery which appears to be confirming itself within mature markets is behind this optimism, and the survey reports that even though business levels have not yet returned to the peak figures of 2008-9, they are at least climbing back to 2006 levels. The BRIC countries too are showing signs of a promising future. The Council also points out a gradual move to a new business model, namely away from the narrower confines of vehicle leasing towards mobility management in the wider sense...
