Paulo daily newspaper reported, citing Finance Minister, Guido Mantega... The government will recover money from lower employer contributions for programs such as social security through other taxes, the newspaper said... Brazil also plans to provide subsidized credit for the purchase of trucks, lower rates for loans at state-controlled banks, cut investment taxes and offer incentives for companies that require large amounts of manual labor, Folha said..
