Washington,DC,USA -Reuters, by Doug Palmer -Apr 23, 2009: -- U.S. President Barack Obama has promised to move quickly to open U.S. roads to Mexican trucks in order to halt Mexico's retaliation on $2.4 billion of U.S. exports, a Mexican official said on Thursday...
