COLD WEATHER * USA - N.D. governor issues waiver for truckers hauling diesel

John Hoeven is waiving restrictions on service hours for commercial truckers hauling fuel, citing a heavy demand for winter blended diesel... The waiver is in effect until Jan. 14.
