* Spain - 14 Nov: Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat Valenciana announced the pending acquisition of 33.3% of Logitren Ferroviaria SA for $114,000. Based in Valencia, Spain, Logitren provides freight transportation via rail.
* Spain - 16 Nov: Transportes Molinero, S.L. has acquired Transportes Frigoríficos Alfaro, S.A. ("TFA") for $7.6 million. Based in Alfaro, Spain, TFA provides cargo transportation and logistics services.
* UK - 17 Nov: Royal Boskalis Westminster NV has acquired the remaining 50.0% of Dragamex S.A. de C.V. Dragamex provides port maintenance from its base in Coatzacoalcos, Mexico. Terms were not disclosed.
