* USA - Strategic Buyers - Domestic Deals
· 1 July - RoadLink USA National, LLC has acquired American Freight Systems, Inc., a provider of intermodal trucking services between the ports of Seattle, Tacoma and Portland. Terms were not disclosed.
· 1 July - Ross Aviation, LLC has acquired Laredo Aero Center, Inc., an FBO located at Laredo International Airport. Terms were not disclosed.

* Oesterreich · 30 June - Oesterreichische Post AG has acquired the remaining 23.9% of trans-o-flex Schnell-Lieferdienst GmbH, a combi-freight operator and express delivery services provider in Europe. Based in Weinheim, Germany, trans-o-flex had revenue of $17.7 million.
* Germany · 30 June - GTG Postservice GmbH has acquired BriefGenio AG for $1.6 million. Based in Wolpertshausen, Germany, BriefGenio AG operates as a mail consolidator.
* South Africa · 30 June - Excellerate Holdings Ltd. announced the acquisition of 34.7% of Vital Distribution Solutions, 50.0% of Staffing Logistics and 50.0% of Vital Fleet for a total of $10.3 million. The companies provide warehouse and distribution services in South Africa.
* UK · 1 July - Stobart Group Limited has acquired Innovate Logistics Limited's chilled and ambient goods operations which offer chilled, deep chilled, frozen and ambient transportation and storage in the U.K. Terms were not disclosed.
* Thailand · 1 July - Siam United Services Public Co. Ltd. announced the acquisition of Siam Pavinee Marine Co., Ltd. for $148,000. Based in Thailand, Siam Pavinee provides marine transportation services.
* Japan · 1 July - All Nippon Airways Co. Ltd. announced the acquisition of 17.6% of All Express Corporation for $13.8 million. All Express provides business to business international express delivery services in Asia.
* Denmark · 3 July - Agility Logistics Ltd. has acquired CF Geologistics A/S, a provider of custom air and ocean freight solutions based in Copenhagen, Denmark. Terms were not disclosed.

* Romania · 3 July - Plainfield Asset Management LLC has acquired 10.0% of Mainrom Line Logistics, Ltd. for $2.4 million. Mainrom provides barge service on the Danube from the Romanian port of Giurgiu.
