Koll Development Co. has turned over the building to Daimler Trucks, which plans to relocate more than 300 employees to the site beginning in July, says Larry Wilson, president of Koll's Southeast division... Daimler Trucks announced last year that it would move its sales and marketing division to Fort Mill from the company's Portland, Ore., headquarters. Wilson says the company has an 11-year lease...
