The committee is urging the company's stockholders to make their own decisions on whether to accept the offer... Mountain Lake Acquisition, an entity formed by Patrick E. Quinn and Max L. Fuller, has offered to purchase for cash all outstanding shares of U.S. Xpress' Class A common stock, other than those the two already own, for $20.10 per share...
