Biglorryblog can't quite work out whether this is clever or crass...or somewhere in between. Obviously this isn't a right-hand-drive, 'Oh no we don't do things like that here' UK-registered pick-up. Though after posting this picture I'm sure that it's only a matter of time before an British plumber, flushed with success, copies the idea...
