Ban of movement of cargo vehicles in the Capital city during the tourist seasonPodgorica,Montenegro -Visit Montenegro -5 July 2007: -- Ban of movement of cargo vehicles in period from 6:45 until 9:00 and from 14:30 to 17:00 began to be applied on July 1st and it will be in effect until September 1st. the decision about the ban was predicted by the Proposal of change of regulation of traffic in the area of the Capital city during the tourist season... The ban will be applied on enterprises whose founder is the Capital city, on investors of construction facilities, and on concession firms which are exploiting pebble...
