Ottawa,ONT,CAN -Cantruck.com -Febr 15, 2007: -- The Canadian Trucking Alliance is giving a cautious “thumbs up” to today’s announcement in Trois Rivieres, QC, from federal transport minister, Lawrence Cannon, of a $61 million, four year program to help reduce the environmental and health effects of freight transportation.
