TRENTON, N.J.,USA -Associated Press/Newsday, by JEFFREY GOLD -Feb 22, 2006: -- Big rigs passing through New Jersey must be allowed to roll on local roads, according to a federal appeals court ruling that invalidated the state's effort to restrict double-trailer trucks and many tractor-trailers to major highways.
