But as thousands of experienced factory workers accept buyouts and early retirement packages from Detroit's shrinking automakers and parts suppliers, industry executives and experts are warning of a brain drain... A survey to be released today found that senior automotive executives believe a looming skilled labor shortage is one of the most serious issues facing the industry in the next five to 10 years and could cost companies tens of millions of dollars...
