Prosecution - Germany - DCX insider trading probe dropped

No evidence of wrongdoing was discovered in the probe, Sabine Maylaender, a spokeswoman for the Stuttgart prosecutor's office, said Monday. She declined to name the employees under investigation... Investigators in September searched the offices of the two employees in connection with Chief Executive Juergen Schrempp's July 28 announcement that he would leave in December, which prompted the biggest intraday stock gain in DaimlerChrysler's history...
