Prosecution - Germany - DCX insider trading probe dropped
Stuttgart,Germany -The Detroit News (Detr.,Mich.,USA) -15 Nov 2005: -- German prosecutors dropped an investigation into possible insider trading by two DaimlerChrysler AG executives... No evidence of wrongdoing was discovered in the probe, Sabine Maylaender, a spokeswoman for the Stuttgart prosecutor's office, said Monday. She declined to name the employees under investigation...
