DISPUTE - CANADA - Key trade associations call for provincial government action

MONTREAL, Canada -NewsWire (press release) -July 27 2005: -- A number of key industry associations, including the Shipping Federation of Canada, the Chamber of Shipping of British Columbia, the Canadian International Freight Forwarders Association, and the Canadian Industrial Transportation Association, are calling on the British Columbia government to bring in legislation to restore order in the Vancouver trucking dispute, which has now dragged on for a full month and is seriously damaging trade.
