HONG KONG,China -Dow Jones/Yahoo News/USA -May 31 2005: -Anhui Expressway Co., which operates toll highways in the Chinese province of the same name, said it will change how it levies tolls... While tolls on passenger vehicles are unchanged, tolls on vehicles carrying goods will be levied according to weight, rather than vehicle type as was previously the case. Surcharges will also be levied on overweight vehicles. ...
