DECIDING - USA - DaimlerChrysler wins fraud trial
UK -Transport News Network -Apr 2005: -- A court case against DaimlerChrysler has finished in the US with the court deciding that the automotive company did not mislead its shareholders as to the nature of Daimler-Benz's merger with Chrysler... The case was brought by Casino tycoon Kirk Kerkorian, at the time of the merger, Chrysler's biggest shareholder.
