Mike Easley is offering Volvo Trucks North America Inc. $400,000 in state incentives to expand its headquarters operations in Greensboro and add 150 jobs... Volvo already has about 1,500 workers at its headquarters... The company is planning to invest about $10 million at its Greensboro campus.
