WEIGHT LIMITS - USA - Bill would raise weight limits on variety of heavy trucks
FRANKFORT,Ky,USA -WKYT/WYMT Headlines -20/Feb,2005: -- Trucks carrying a variety of natural resources, including sand, gravel, rock, oil and natural gas, would be allowed to carry up to 60 tons on Kentucky roadways under a bill being considered by the General Assembly... Currently, only coal trucks are allowed to skirt the 40-ton weight limit on state roads...
