TRUCK ENGINES * UK - Cummins' Euro 6 to use existing SCR technology
London,UK -Road Transport/Motor Transport -18 February 2008: -- Cummins Emission Solutions says price increases on its Euro 6 light-duty engine will be negligible, because it should be able to reach the standard with existing technology. To reach Euro 6 requirements on its ISBe engines - the driveline for the Daf LF-Series - Cummins will use the same SCR technology that achieves current Euro 4 and Euro 5 emission levels, and rely on more AdBlue injection to make the jump. ..
