Corporate attorney Stephen Durant with Durant & Schoeppell submittal included a review by an auditing firm hired by the law firm and the results of his own investigation... The report questioned practices such as accepting partial tax payments, borrowing tax revenue to temporarily fund office operations, failing to collect delinquent tangible personal property taxes and allegedly conducting illegal tax auctions... Trucking company's relocation: Managers of Louis Scott Trucking in O'Neil said in August that while they'd like to move to the Yulee International Tradeplex, they couldn't get permission to do so...Management hoped the County Commission would provide an exception for new businesses at the tradeplex. Without it, Scott Trucking will likely move to Jacksonville...
