Peter Schuback says rest stops with toilet and shower facilities are not provided on the roadside to allow truck drivers to pull over and sleep... Mr Schuback says council parking restrictions impose limits on how long trucks can stop in towns and other regulations affect truck drivers' ability to pull over and rest...
