Dramatic Story - Australia - It's raining ... 19-tonne trucks
Sydney,New South Wales,Australia -Sydney Morning Herald, by Jano Gibson -June 9, 2006: -- The tranquil harbour views of Rose Bay were shattered for one family today ... when a 19-tonne truck landed on top of their multi-million dollar mansion... Now the two-storey luxury home may have to be demolished, says Woollahara Council... The owner of the house, who did not want to talk to the media, was "very angry", said one construction worker, who asked not to be named. "I just tried to calm him down," he said... The large truck was about to be loaded with sand at a neighbouring construction site in Tivoli Avenue when it rolled down a narrow laneway and smashed into the property at 7.45am...
